PSD Computer Consulting Inc., was originally incorporated on August 30, 1995 under the name Practical Software Design, Inc. Our focus at that time was custom programming. Immediately we began performing maintenance and administration for networks as well as stand-alone computers. The more time that passed, the more focused we became on the maintenance and administration. Today, about 5% of our business is from custom programming and the rest is maintenance and administration. November 1, 2008, we changed our corporation name to PSD Computer Consulting, Inc., to more accurately describe the main services that we offer.
We custom build Servers and Workstation computers to suit the customer's needs. We can design and set up a new network or fix those not running up to par.
We build custom backup systems, backing up to more than one destination (Redundant Backup) and offer off site backup storage.
We also Install and Service Point of Sale Systems. We are the Authorized Keystroke Advanced POS Dealer in the Tampa Bay Area. We also carry the PCAmerica line of POS software, Cash Register Express for retail and Restaurant Pro Express for restaurant systems.
We offer Monthly Service to keep your network and computers running at top efficiency, insure that the integrity of the network security is sound, that the anti-virus software is up to date and functioning properly.
Our Technicians also have advanced training and experience in many types of Mail Processing Equipment, as well as Gantry Style Robotics and Videojet Inkjet Printers used in manufacturing.
